    Still We Rise: Celebrating the Power of Women's Stories™ is an inspirational brunch hosted by award-winning multi-published author, writing mentor and speaker Stacy Hawkins Adams. She has used the written and spoken word for decades to illuminate life's truths, and in doing so, has encouraged others to find relevance in their own stories.


    The upcoming brunch is a replication of an event for women that she hosted at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden in October 2014. This year, she has invited a fresh slate of special guest speakers to share how they are living with meaning, impact and hope, and valuing each chapter of their story - including through life's challenging seasons and occasionally through the written word.


    It is Stacy's hope that in listening to a small aspect of these women's beautiful journeys (and hers), guests will be encouraged to self-reflect, embrace their personal stories, value the power of the written and spoken word, and show up more fully in their homes, communities and workplaces.
